BOURBON RICKEY

Bourbon Rickey

Ingredients:

60ml bourbon

30ml lime juice

2 tsp sugar

Few dashes of angostura bitters

Soda Water

Ice

Method:

Place lime juice, sugar, bourbon and bitters in a mixing glass. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add ice, and stir more to chill, and also make sure sugar has dissolved. Pour in to a Collins/tall glass filled with ice, and top with soda water.
